DDA unveils affordable housing scheme for Delhi homebuyers

The Delhi Development Authority (DDA) has launched the Karmajeevi Awaas Yojana 2026, offering more than 1,200 flats at discounts of up to 25 per cent, with prices starting from Rs 33 lakh.

The housing scheme is aimed at making home ownership more accessible by providing ready-to-move flats at reduced prices.

The units are located in different parts of Delhi and are intended to benefit eligible buyers seeking affordable housing.

According to the DDA, registration and booking will remain open for a specified period, with applicants encouraged to complete the process within the announced timeline.

The authority expects strong demand because of the discounted pricing.

The scheme forms part of DDA’s efforts to expand affordable housing options and improve access to residential property in the national capital.
