Noida tops UP with Rs 4,000 crore worth of projects

Gautam Budh Nagar, including Noida, has emerged as a key centre for real estate development, with projects worth around Rs 4,000 crore approved in early 2026.

Out of 36 projects approved across Uttar Pradesh, the district accounted for 15 projects, representing nearly 45 per cent of total investment.

On February 17, 14 projects worth Rs 4,438 crore were approved, including residential and commercial developments in Noida, reported The Times of India.

Officials said the growth is linked to improvements in infrastructure such as expressways, metro networks and industrial corridors.

The trend reflects continued urban expansion and investment activity in the National Capital Region.
