Godrej Properties targets Rs 10,000 crore revenue from Worli project

Realty developer Godrej Properties expects to generate over Rs 10,000 crore in revenue from its upcoming housing project, Godrej Trilogy, in Mumbai’s Worli area.

The 2.63-acre project will include three residential towers, with the first phase launching two towers — Seaturf and Seafront — this quarter.

The company has received Maharashtra Real Estate Regulatory Authority (MahaRERA) approval for two of the towers, which together comprise around 11 lakh sq ft of saleable area.

In a regulatory filing on Monday, the company said the project is part of a joint development for redevelopment of a prime land parcel in South Mumbai.

“The gross estimated revenue potential of the total project is over Rs 10,000 crore,” Godrej Properties said.

Managing Director and CEO Gaurav Pandey said the project “further strengthens the company’s presence in South Mumbai” and aligns with its strategy to focus on high-potential urban land parcels.

Godrej Properties, based in Mumbai, is among India’s leading real estate developers.
