Power network upgrades rolled out in south Gujarat

Dakshin Gujarat Vij Company Ltd has expanded power infrastructure across south Gujarat.

The upgrades include installation of underground cabling and improvements to grid infrastructure across multiple areas.

Officials said the measures are aimed at improving the reliability and stability of power supply, particularly in cyclone-prone regions, reported The Times of India.

Further expansion of the infrastructure network is planned over the next two years as part of ongoing efforts to strengthen electricity distribution systems in the region.
