Infopark plans eight-lane road linking NH-544 and NH-66 in Kochi

Infopark Kochi has proposed the construction of an eight-lane road to connect National Highway-544 and National Highway-66, aimed at improving access to its upcoming Phase III campus.

According to Infopark authorities, the proposed road will help decongest existing routes and facilitate smoother movement between the Kakkanad IT hub and the two national highways.

The road will also provide better connectivity to the Infopark Phase II and SmartCity campuses, supporting growing traffic in the area, reported The Times of India

Feasibility and environmental assessments for the project are currently underway, and discussions are being held with state and national highway authorities for necessary clearances.

Officials said the project will be developed in coordination with the Kerala Public Works Department and local bodies once the feasibility report is approved.
