Madhya Pradesh to Invite Bids for Indore’s IT Park 4 This Month

The Madhya Pradesh Industrial Development Corporation (MPIDC) will soon invite bids for the construction of IT Park 4 in Indore, aimed at expanding the city’s technology and innovation ecosystem.

According to officials, the project will offer around 70,000 sq ft of ready-to-lease office space for technology firms, startups, and electronic system design and manufacturing (ESDM) units. The estimated project cost is Rs 47 crore.

The upcoming park will be located in the Super Corridor area — a growing tech zone that already hosts several IT and fintech companies.
Officials said the new park would cater to demand from mid-size firms seeking plug-and-play facilities.

“MPIDC is focusing on strengthening Indore’s position as the preferred destination for tech investment in central India,” an official said. The tender process is expected to begin by mid-October, with construction to start later this year.

Indore already houses three operational IT parks, which collectively accommodate more than 200 companies and generate thousands of jobs.
