Ahmedabad to replace paver blocks with greenery at 100 traffic junctions

Ahmedabad Municipal Corporation plans to replace paver blocks with greenery at more than 100 traffic junctions across the city as part of efforts to reduce heat retention in urban areas.

Officials said trees, shrubs and green patches would be introduced at major intersections, particularly in western parts of the city.
