UP International Trade Show to bring 2,400 exhibitors, buyers from 85 countries

The Uttar Pradesh government has set a target of signing more than 4,000 initial agreements with a proposed value exceeding Rs 3,200 crore during the fourth edition of the Uttar Pradesh International Trade Show (UPITS). The state also expects the event to generate business enquiries worth more than Rs 13,500 crore.

The Uttar Pradesh International Trade Show (UPITS) will be held from September 25 to 29 at the India Expo Centre and Mart in Greater Noida.

Themed “UP for Global Growth: Innovation, Manufacturing and Exports”, this year’s event is expected to attract more than 2,400 exhibitors, over 1.5 lakh registered business-to-business (B2B) buyers, more than 4.5 lakh business-to-consumer (B2C) visitors and over 550 international buyers from 85 countries.

The trade show will follow a three-dimensional approach by focusing on three categories of buyers — international buyers, domestic B2B buyers and domestic B2C buyers. The initiative aims to provide a targeted business platform while strengthening Uttar Pradesh’s position as a global sourcing hub.

The event will showcase products and services across multiple sectors, including manufacturing, technology, handicrafts, agriculture and other industries. It will also provide a platform for micro, small, medium and large enterprises in Uttar Pradesh to showcase their products, expand their market reach and connect with buyers in India and overseas. Government and non-government promotional and development schemes will also be featured during the event.

The 2026 edition builds on the performance of UPITS 2025, which was inaugurated by prime minister Narendra Modi. The previous edition recorded participation from 2,228 exhibitors, 525 international buyers from 85 countries, 1,40,735 B2B buyers and 3,66,364 B2C visitors. It also saw the signing of more than 2,400 MoUs worth Rs 1,882 crore and generated business enquiries exceeding Rs 11,200 crore.

The Uttar Pradesh government said UPITS 2026 will further strengthen global buyer engagement, showcase export-ready MSMEs, One District One Product (ODOP) products and future-focused industries, while providing opportunities for young entrepreneurs to connect with global value chains. The event is also aligned with the vision of Make in India, Vocal for Local and Aatmanirbhar Bharat by promoting investment, trade collaborations and industrial growth across sectors.
