Runwal Enterprises wins large urban redevelopment projects in Mumbai

Real estate developer Runwal Enterprises has secured cluster redevelopment rights for two land parcels in Mumbai, located in Marine Lines and Bandra.

The combined redevelopment area spans four acres, and the projects are estimated to have a gross development value of more than Rs 5,000 crore, reported The Economic Times.

The redevelopment will cover premium locations in south Mumbai and the western suburbs, reflecting continued large-scale investment in urban renewal projects in the city.
