Greater Noida Authority Launches City-Wide Road Repair and Beautification Drive

The Greater Noida Authority has launched a large-scale maintenance campaign aimed at improving road and civic infrastructure across the city.

According to officials, the drive covers key stretches in Beta-2, P-1, Alpha-1, and Sector 16, focusing on repairing potholes, strengthening road surfaces, and repainting walls and dividers. In addition, kerb stones are being repaired and landscaped areas along the roads are being upgraded.

Authority officials noted that this initiative is part of a wider effort to enhance road safety and improve the city’s overall look ahead of the festive season. Residents in several sectors have been raising complaints about potholes and damaged surfaces following heavy rains earlier in the year.

The Authority confirmed that the repair work will be completed in phases to minimise disruption to daily traffic. Dedicated teams have been deployed to ensure timely execution of the work.

Officials added that this is part of a regular civic upgrade exercise, with monitoring teams assigned to check progress and ensure quality standards.
